Cheat meal evidence!! My hubby and I went out for a planned cheat meal tonight. Cheat meals have been a problem for me in the past, as I will sometimes overindulge to the point of feeling sick. So my goal tonight was to eat slowly, savor, stop when I was almost full and focus on enjoying my husband’s company. Mission accomplished! I had one glass of wine. We shared prosciutto wrapped dates with Brie, then I had baked Mac n cheese. It was yummy, but the bread was just ok, so I only ate one slice. I ate about half of my Mac n cheese, but enjoyed every bite! Then we split a small slice of eggnog cheesecake. It was amazing! I truly felt satisfied and not overfull. It was a very successful cheat meal to kick off the holiday season!
