I made it through today without cheating after my cheat meal!  I so wanted to have more treats today after my planned cheat meal but I came home, cooked and ate a healthy dinner and did my food prep for the next three days. From top to bottom; homemade turkey chili with light cheese, brown rice with pork tenderloin, broccoli and mustard, pork tenderloin with sweet potato and extra veggies!
